Staff was very polite. Breakfast was fresh and hot.. Very clean lobby and breakfast area... Rooms are very clean and nice... Over all 5 out of 5 Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5

Front desk experience was horrible... had sign say price match any online price but when showed prices online they had every excuse on why they couldn't and took the sign down thinking it would stop the bad review... then they tried to say card was declining when could Clearly see it on my banking app that it was taking my money but she said it was declining. Then she states she charged me for the room and then says she can't give it to me cause it wasn't letting her take the deposit. I asked for a refund and then she told me they couldnt refund my money and that all she could do is write refund on the recepit and someone would refund me... I immediately said absolutely not .. you took my money off my card you will give me a receipt stating the refund had been proceeded before I left.. do not stay at this hotel..

You were indeed not present.. the front dest kept picking up the phone to call her manager because she didn't know what to do or how to handle the process..
Furthermore I had absolutely no problem paying a $50 deposit so you saying I did Is a Flat out lie. Your front desk kept saying my card was declining.. i told her dont keep running it because she would lock my card like fraud actiivity. And thats the truth. Report all you want I will keep reposting.. And this is why no one should every stay at your property.
