        I found out 17 days after my payment cleared that my $38K truck was not insured. The way I found out was that I received a refund check in the mail. My license was flagged and I had to pay over $800 in fines. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE AGENCY. Thankfully my uninsured vehicle did not have an damage or get in a accident... I would have so much more to pay that the fines because of the incompetence of this agency to notify paid customers of a policy cancellation.

        My agent is Mrs. Kim Arnone. She's wonderful. Not only did she find me a better insurance rate she took the time to explain some of the technicals insurance so that I'd have better knowledge fir the future.

      I'm sorry that this happened to you, but it has nothing to do with First State Agency. This review should have been placed on National General's website. This was a direct bill policy where the bill, notice of pending cancellation and notice of final cancellation were mailed directly to you by National General, not us. Your check was mailed to National General, not us. Your beef is with National General.
