      Please send us a message on Facebook with the day/time you called and what the call was concerning so we can look into this. We can provide general pricing information right away, but for patient-specific questions, we would have to have the DVM examine your pet to work up a treatment plan.We are glad that your pet was able to be seen by their primary veterinarian right away to get the help that was needed.
