        I've been dealing with Saia for over 10 weeks on parts that were delivered damaged. They were prompt on sending a 3rd party adjuster to assess the damage in order to settle the claim but have since denied twice. The adjuster agreed the damage occurred during transport but Saia is not being reasonable. I suggest using another carrier that has a more reputable stance on damage freight!

        Final charges were almost twice the price of my online quote. Followed up with their "collections" specialists and they lied to me saying that they would remove some charges. 9 months later and they're still charging me fee's. Poor excuse of customer service and exhibiting deceptive trade practice. I will never do business with this company again nor recommend them to anyone.
