        I was driving a rental car and noticed it had a flat tire. The rental car dispatched for a tow, but preferred towing came and was able to patch it rather than tow it. He also came faster than anticipated. Great all around!

        Was the fastest provider I have encountered so far... Was initially waiting for almost an hour for the first company to come so I called and requested a different company and these guys were out to me within 15 minutes. The driver also had complimentary ice cold drinks and water for me and the kids and some snacks. I was so very appreciative being we had already been broken down for almost 2 hours in a hot vehicle. He quickly got us towed and brought us all the way home which is actually 15 miles out of their service area, for no extra charge. Hands down 5 star service! Highly recommend!
