I'm so sick of ordering a well done steak and never getting a well done steak. Management says ask for them to fix it; well after over a year and they still can't cook a steak well done, nor does a manager do anything other than make them cook a longer for you, and don't discount any part of your meal even though it is their mess-up not yours. Really getting old. When will Houma get a decent steak house that will and can cook your steak how you order it the 1st time without having to get a manager to recook your steak for over a year. I would have expected changes after a year and get a steak cooked the way you want, but nope no improvements yet, probably never will be improvements with so much turn over in staff. Thankfully this was my friends order and not mine, as I would have probably thrown the steak in the trash or had to cool it to well done myself before I could eat it.
