1. We were forgotten in the waiting area when we had a scheduled appointment. Waited two hours and finally went ask. They admitted that they forgot about us.
2. They took blood work and never gave the results that another doctor was asking for. We didnt get the results until after we called several times.
3. Kayla in the bill department was very rude. Refused to take our money and sent us to collections after one conversation via phone call and a couple days after we sent a payment.
Other than that doctor was great.
