        They are always polite, and food is always fresh. Out of duck this time, but I had beef and shrimp instead. It was still very good.

        We order food to-go from here often. The food is always great. The staff is always friendly. The one problem that this location has is they are never accurate on their wait times. You often wait at least 10 minutes longer than what they tell you over the phone, and when making an order online and putting a specific time for it to be ready, they dont even pay attention to that time. They started my food at the time it was supposed to be ready. I waited almost exactly 30 minutes longer for my food than when it was supposed to be ready. Thats a long time. Please work on this for your devoted customers. I have to say though, theyre always busy and they work hard. Thank you.
