        I would use 0 stars I book the appointment online like they ask me to, I wait three weeks for the appointment I call a few days before my appointment is supposed to be only to find out despite getting a confirmation email I have no appointment and I'm not in the books I tried to make the appointment over the phone to begin with to avoid things like this but that apparently wasn't an option. As a single mom who looks forward to these things it was very upsetting and I understand things happen but this was just so disappointing.
