        I'd give 0 if I could. When in office appointments are finally made but can't be kept because they are out of office that day. Calling/ internet application is practically forced even if you lack the comprehensive ability to respond to either. Then, to top all that- PUT A MENTAL HEALTH PATIENT IN DISTRESS. Thanks a lot for the kind and gentle "assistance " that's been provided. Update- apparently they still don't care about any of us. The in office staff has been nothing but horrible, at least the ones I've dealt with. Another panic attack and mental stress later and still not a bit of help. Thanks for being so upstanding. (Clap)
