I called and had an order specially crafted for my friend who was not home at the time. The florist took special care in creating a bouquet sight unseen and sending me a photo of the beautiful arrangement and made multiple attempts to deliver them and notified me as soon as the order reached my friend. I am from CA and just picked this florist out of a hat. I received excellent service and the prices with delivery fee was reasonable. I definitely got more than I expected and was delighted with the arrangement, was was my sweet friend. A big thank you and an apology because, I forgot the delivery drivers name.

I can't recommend Hearts Desire enough. I needed an arrangement delivered quickly and unexpectedly. I called several other florists and they all said they couldn't do it, but Hearts Desire went above and beyond to get it delivered when I requested. I would definitely use them again. Thanks so much.
