I really dont like giving negative reviews but at this time I will have to. I am a recent customer to this financial institution. All I am trying to do is make my auto loan payments. I was told that all I had to do is download the app on my phone or go online and I could make my payments. THERE IS NOWHERE on my app to make these payments. I have called several times to get help! All I get is the rudest people at this call center, that are no help at all! I mean how difficult can it be! Is there not a place that says click here to make your payment!! And you put in your info and click make payment!! For the last 2 months I have had to call the automated system to make a payment with a charge of $15.00!!!!! Yes for an automated payment!! Not even talking to a person! I cant get to a local person at all!! These call center people are horrible!! I guess I will have to miss work time to travel to a branch to get help! I would love to edit this negative review with a positive one if someone would contact me back!!!

This is one of the worst financial institutions that I have ever felt with. Very unprofessional,closing my accounts with them asap!!!

Is it convenient at one on Martin Luther King by Rouses in home and they have one on W. Tunnel Blvd. in Houma close to my house love the online banking

Would not recommend at all if you are looking to conduct business or work for them. I am a former employee and for the past month or so, have been tirelessly attempting to acquire a separation form so that my current employer can finish up their background check process. I have called every day and have only spoken to the person I needed to speak to once. The other times was an endless loop of either someone in HR picking up my phone and hanging up or me being put back into the call queue as if Ive never called in the first place. I can tolerate the unfriendly work environment and can barely tolerate the unkind treatment towards employees. But I am in utter disbelief of how they seemingly dodge former employees and how difficult it is to acquire a singular form. I have been nothing but kind and cordial yet feel not an ounce of reciprocation from these people. Please be VERY careful when dealing with this CU, should you choose to do so.
