After being an employee for two and a half years, I can now give an honest review. I am past the nostalgia of this being "new" so you can rest assure my thoughts are honest. Transech has provided an incredible work environment for not only me, but all of my fellow colleagues as well. Transech really puts forth the effort to provide employees with the tools and support they need to grow in their careers. I have never worked for a company so willing to help their employees better themselves as professionals. Transech has a way of valuing our thoughts and harvesting our unique talents we bring to the table. Everyone is heard and their ideas considered. I cannot thank Transech enough for allowing me to be a part of their team.
