Life Coast Community Health Center - Houma

Beautiful facility with a great deal of potential. Unfortunately, the practice is run poorly, and patients wait lengthy time frames passed their appointment times. I had to reschedule due to being in the waiting room 2 hours passed my appointment, and when I asked what the problem was, the front office staff said, "we are having printer issues. " O_O Dr. Mann is a very compassionate and a hard working, OB. I highly recommend her, but something needs to be done about the way everything is processed or they will lose patients.

Amazing doctors and office staff, anytime Ive needed to make an apt or have a question the girls up front are punctual in getting me in to be seen. The doctors always make me feel so at ease while being seen.

I just want to say that life coast has by far been the most helpful group of woman through out my whole pregnancy . Starting with the front desk any time you call they are very friendly and ready to help. I had a few scares in this pregnancy and kelcy got me in right away. Everytime I go in Ashley is always the sweetest at the front counter getting me signed in quickly so that I could get seen as soon as possible since I go during my lunch breaks. The front crew is always smiling and this to me goes a long way! Duplantis has been the best obgyn I have ever had listening to all of my concerns about my pregnancy and always seems to put me at ease. Truly she made my whole delivery smoothly as my son was turned the wrong way and he came out spinning. I truly cant thank them all enough ! Weston surely loves yall as well !

The front desk staff was amazing and efficient when scheduling my appointment over the phone. When i arrived to my scheduled appointment time, I was greeted with smiles and had a prompt check in to update paperwork. I was then asked to wait in the waiting from to be called to the back. Usually, you would expect the wait to be horrifically long, but I was quickly called to the back to see the doctor. After my appointment, my check out process was also quick, and i was able to get my next appointment exactly when I needed it! Overall very professional and friendly staff.

Super helpful staff. Front desk personnel, Ashley and kelcie, provided exceptional service. Very friendly and welcomed me with smiles. Quick check in and out. Very clean and professional environment. Will continue to go there, especially because the appointment making process is excellent
