Hit a pothole. My tire pressure dropped from 32 to 20. Drove straight there. By the time I got there it was 9. It was raining, 50 degrees and 1:30 in the afternoon. Explained my problem, and was told sorry, theres nothing I can do for you. Have a nice day. I rebutted are you serious? And was told I only have 1 worker. Called the Hollywood store and was connected to corporate because they were so busy. Talked to corporate crying the entire way. Made it to Hollywood just before 2:00. And, of course, they took care of me. LOVE THEM!!

They're normally great but was pretty disappointed in today's service. I made an appointment several days in advance due to a check engine light being on. I was not informed ahead of time that they have no waiting area due to renovations, so I wasn't prepared to leave my car there. Thankfully my partner was available to give me a ride.
Then they call me two and a half hours later just to say they can't even see what's wrong with it, and that I'll have to bring it to the dealership instead. That should not have taken 2.5 hours when I had an appointment. They have gone down a star in my eyes. Hopefully this was not the new norm.
