Honestly, where do I begin? I crossed paths with Mr. Damon Robinson (Change Realty, LLC) on Zillow. I was interested in a home I saw online and he was the Realtor that contacted me back. I told him my situation and what I needed, and a little of what I was looking for and he went to work immediately. Damon was very knowledgeable and resourceful. I was kind of skeptical about the whole process because I had a weird experience prior to meeting him, and the difference was clear. We began searching and looking at homes, and he made sure to be by my side every step of the way. He told me from the beginning,"We're going to get you into your own home, don't worry." I'm telling you from that point I didn't have much to worry about. This man literally walked me through the process, made me feel confident, and comfortable about the whole home buying process. He answered my "stupid" questions, gracefully, lol. He was attentive to any concerns that I may have had, he was there for me. I can't lie. I can't complain about anything. Damon went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I get into my home and though it was a process to go through.. With his help, guidance, and advice, I felt comfort in knowing he was there for me as he said he would be, and that's how it should be because this is a very big decision to make in one's life and to have someone backing you, supporting you, and looking out for your best interest is priceless. Damon remained a man of his word. You can't get that everywhere. Today, I purchased my home and besides God, I can't thank you enough. My heart is overwhelmed with joy. I'll stop here for now or else bcuz I could write a book. We did it. You're the Best Damon!!
