I come to the office for a consultation and the secretary in front simply makes me guilty if I have not even explained what happened in the accident and she is already making me guilty because she simply asks me if it was due to an accident I tell her that Yes, if I crashed, I tell him yes, but he didn't even ask where I crashed, whether it was backwards or forwards, or what the accident was like, and he is already making me guilty, and aside from that, it was a terrible attitude that the people here have not become professionals either. so mediocre that they are clearly because first I listen to the version and then then say or go to the lawyer if you don't know the answer to what happened and I explain to the lawyer what is happening to you they only waste your time and give you a lot from Catherine de vaina that I really don't understand at all nor the professionalism that they have today

They have my case for more than 3 years But now they said they have to much work so they dont have time for my case until they finish every body else

Very unprofessional. The staff was horrible and they had a kid in the office crying very loud. The lawyer was in a bad mood and was not helpful at all. Would not recommend.
