I work for a generator company. I called this company to find parts. The gentleman that answered the phone was nice and all but just never followed through. Ever. I called 3-4 times and each time he said he would let me know an update on a part. The mans name was Jimmy. They never would. I'm not to sure if they really just didn't care or if they were extremely busy or what. Being that I work in the industry, I totally get when things get super busy and it takes time to get back. But the thing was they never got back for all 3 times I called. I think I called twice one day and twice another day. I hope they get better.

Retards open at 8am and won’t answer a phone call till whenever they feel like it, how do they stay in business. Lady who does answer is rude, short, and thinks she is God’s gift to receptionist. Waste of time, gave bad info after waiting forever for them to pick up and not even going to call them back. Just lost my business to Baton Rouge Diesel

Absolutely the rudest people. The lady who answers the phone makes you seem like you are dumb and should know if someone is off. I order parts through here and it takes a matter of following up ten times to get them to look at it. No responses all week and the employees take off and then you try and contact other people and they don't even answer. Once you get fed up with it and contact a manager, He doesn't even answer.
