        Thank god Im not in dire need I have to wait a whole week for my check to clear and use MY MONEY. A lot of lame rules. Whats the point of banking with yall if yall only cash capital one checks, thats so dumb. Closing my account as soon as I can get MY MONEY. Hate this bank.

        Capital One keeps changing their "Bill Pay" system. Every year. It just gets worse every time. I'm moving my money to a better bank. This bill par is horrible. Whoever is responsible for these changes should be let go.
