Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service

This location has just changed ownership. My 2019 RAM 1500 has had a suspension issue since October 2023. They kept my truck for 2 months and didn't correct the issue. I brought it back in less than 24 hours for the same issue. Then they kept it about 3 weeks trying to fix it again. This time I had it for about 5 days before the same issues happened again. Customer care says the techs never submitted any tech tickets trying to request help. My truck is back here because I already paid for the original repair. I'm praying RAM Customer Care can help them fix my truck correctly. This is my first RAM.

Every one was extremely helpful and kind . A young lady by the name of Tashia, we talked for a long time. No member of that staff has ever been that friendly. I appreciated that because not only did it make the time pass by quickly but I needed that girl talk that day . Just a simple conversation can lighten the load of so many other things happening in peoples lives. Please let her know , I genuinely appreciated that conversation in the many different things we shared . I need to make sure shes there in 3 months . lol
