        Sure would appreciate communication from you as I am trying to reschedule my fingerprinting appt. I drove through a torrential thunderstorm to attend the appointment, and you were nowhere to be found! You didn't give even me the basic courtesy to cancel. You also don't answer the phone and haven't set up your voicemail yet. You are the only option I have without having to drive out of town. Please help me out here. I'm hoping you read these on a daily basis!

      Sorry for your experience. All appointment cancellations go directly through Field print. At the time I was in the process of transitioning from one building to another and I had cancelled all of my appointments through Field print and they assured me emails would be sent out. I apologize for any and all inconveniences you experienced but I assure you this was not purposeful nor our normal mode of conducting business.
