        I left one star because thats the only way I could leave a review. I went in to re-new my medical card for my CDL because Im here working from out of town and the lady got extremely rude with me and before I had my paper work done threw my license and my money back at me and I was asked to leave. Extremely unprofessional, but Twin Oaks Health and rehabilitation was able to get me in and out in a timely manner within a half an hour of this happening and their staff was extremely friendly and very professional. If there was anyway I knew of to report this place to the board of medicine I definitely would! Horrible experience!
