    Vexus punctured my sewer line. Took them a month to fix the leak after calling repeatedly. The leak is fixed but they left my ditch with an erosion problem. If they come to your neighborhood and you have a choice say no. The ditch is also not draining.

    From the first time Vexus was in our neighborhood and the sales rep sold us on the good company first time deal. If you received government assistance the deal was amazing. Everything was good until the discounts dropped off, that we were not told would happen. In January of this year I received a text about a program that saved you $30 a month. Applied and approved. Have not received $30 of a bill. Sunday night cable and tv go off. After calling Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and told many different things finally told that if you have the $30 a month discount you lose your cable. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. Each day told something different. Was also told I had a balance over $200. Complete lie. You could tell it was a lie because it was never on any bill. I said take the $30 off and restore my cable. As of tonight still not handled. Guy on phone wasnt even researching the correct ticket number. After being on phone 40 minutes no resolution. Try explaining to a 3 and 8 yr old they cant watch their favorite shows. Tomorrow is the last day for Vexus to resolve this issue. Be wary if they tell you you owe more than your monthly bill.
