        I'm upset that no where does it say that you have to check in by 6pm. I was called from the hotel because I hadn't made it yet and was charged one night on the card on file. I was traveling back from Georgia and the traffic was horrible. I didn't give permission to charge the card on file and yet it was still ran. I was going to be in the hotel in 10 mins and she wouldn't wait 10 mins for me to give her a new card. She was hateful and didn't listen to me at all. I have stayed here before and have not been charged like that. I was here last weekend and didn't get charged early. You need to put that on the website that you do that. I don't care if it is sold out, you don't charge someone's card without their permission. Rooms: Nice room and ok

        Clean comfortable beds and pillows. Very nice. Food & drinks: You can smell of burger King whoppers . Burger King within walking distance. Beer and wine at gas station. Great place to stay if going on a cruise. 60miles from NOLA.
