Went there thinking my son's computer wasn't working. The employee was very knowledgeable showed my son what he did wrong and saved us a charge. I would reccomend Ram to anyone needing help with their computers.

When the motherboard went out on my HP Envy x360, I chose to bring it to RAM Computers, after reading several reviews. I am very pleased with the repair and service I received. They've earned my future business & I HIGHLY recommend RAM Computers to anyone having computer/laptop/tablet trouble.

Brought a laptop to them, got the runaround about who I needed to talk to regarding the status of my repair. Needless to say, I never retrieved my laptop and ended up buying a new one because it was needed for work.

I DO NOT recommend you bring your electronics to these guys they do horrible work and will mess up your electronics more than they already are. I brought my computer in to just get a screen fixed because it was cracked and I found out that they wanted to charge me more than what I paid for the computer also when I went to pick it up I was charged with a $40 fee for them just to look at it to give me a price for the screen and on top of that the screen was cracked more. I would recommend bringing your electronics to All Star Computers & Electronics they have better service.
