Renee is extremely informative, she walked me through the entire process. Ms. Ferrera kept in contact with me on a daily basis (texts, emails and phone calls). She went above and beyond the call of duty even reaching out to my lender and informing me of different grants that Jefferson Parish had to offer. Anytime I had a question she had an immediate response and she was always available. She made me feel comfortable with my decision. RENEE IS A ROCK STAR REALTOR!!!! As a first-time home buyer, I was completely overwhelmed by the prospect of buying a house, getting financing, etc. A longtime friend of mine referred me to Renee, and I credit her guidance with the fact that I am in the process of closing on a property I LOVE! From figuring out financing, to insurance and flood zones and escrow and taxes and the rest - she took me through it step by step, let me know what was going on, what my options were, and always had alternatives for me. At no time did I ever feel that she was steering me toward any particular property, but she was diligent in pointing out the possibilities as well as potential problems with each location.
