        Horrible the girl Anna couldn't even figure out the difference from a tissot flamingo watch and a tissot lovely watch. Put in the wrong email address,had to go back and pay cash and she had to put it on a gift card lol. They use old computers and iPads,should try upgrading your computer systems.

        The staff is friendly, however I was really disappointed in my customer service as I was promised that a ring I wanted would be ordered in my size, so I waited for quite a long time and when it finally came in, it wasn't my size and instead of getting me that ring in my size, they wanted me to come in and pick from a selection of more expensive rings. I was livid as I felt like this was a form of bait and switch. I doubt I will be shopping at Kay's any longer or it's subsidiaries.
