The hotel canceled our reservations when we were about three hours from getting there due to a water issue and is now refusing to give a refund for a hotel room we never used.

The location is really good. Near pretty much everything. The room had no bugs of any sort. The refrigerator did not work I had to use ice to keep my things cool. The room was a bit dingy. There was paint all over the toilet seat and some kind of red nail polish or something like that all over the room and on the ceiling and on the toilet seat. The lady at the front desk was not the friendliest she could have been nicer but she seemed to have no patience, no customer service skills and likes to yell at customers.

I'm still trying to see how so many can rate this at 5 stars..
It's a 2 star at best.
Dirty smudges all over the walls. Musty smell (but this is NO so I can expect that)
Dirty bathroom area
The very best things about this room, no bed bugs, shower was hot & had good water pressure. Dirty floors.
We can get by here for 3 nights, so glad it's not longer, no refunds. Didnt have enough wash clothes to last 3 nights.
