        I went to visit a former church member , and the hospital was very clean. The staff was courteous, The food on the dinner tray looked & smelled good . The patient's room was immaculate. As a former patient there, I prefer Oschner as my hospital!

        People are good. Systems suck, particularly in the lab. Appointment time is not even considered in the order in which people are seen. If you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, but 6 folks walk in right before you with no appointment, theyll all be seen first. And if the appointment is later in the day and 15 walk-ins have cued upId rather they just not offer appointment time and be honest/clear/straightforward about how the system works.
