        They have fixed numerous pieces of gear for me over the years. They always do a great job communicating and their prices reflect the service, excellent. Beyond that they are funny folks and always got a smile for you. I love this place.

        Do yourself a favor and call Wilson Audio instead. Here, you get dismissive service not even willing to talk through what you might be getting yourself into. I was asking just for a general high-low range estimate for a slow running turntable. He was either incapable or too lazy to say if hes ever dealt with an issue like that in the 40 yEaRs IVe bEeN iN bUsInEsS and refused to even entertain a guess. Not a quote or anything, just what the best or worst case scenarios could be. Wilson Audio was MUCH more receptive to talking through the potential issues at hand and give a range. Glad I read all the other bad reviews to avoid walking into the same mistake.
