My first home buying process was extremely quick. It was very fast, unexpected and I had so many questions. I would love to recognize Jelana Bryant for her patience and willingness to help me understand this process. I may have worried her to death. Even when I was upset she always remained calm and provided me with answers and explanations. The knowledge she has for her craft is beyond outstanding. My realtor Arriane Duhon was also the absolute best. Them two working together made this process the best experience for a first time home buyer with there patience and determination to make sure I got the dream house I wanted. I cannot thank them enough for such an outstanding Job they have done. There professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond not only in my home purchase but to educate me on the process and ensured I made the right choices of insurance, security etc. I can gladly say, I am extremely proud of my purchase and the team that made this happen. Best loan officer ever!!!! Jelana went above and beyond to make my journey pleasant. I wish I would have started the process with her in the beginning, I'm just glad I met her when I did. She communicated well throughout the process and fought hard to get the job done. Most definitely appreciate all that she has done.
