Tiara Hayes was an excellent sales representative. She went above and beyond to help me as much as she could. I purchased my home almost a year ago and stylecrest has not come out to install my vinyl skirting. Tami Duckenmiller has told me she was going to check into it and I'm still waiting. Gary Rhodus has lied to me on several occasions about coming to install. The people from stylecrest are not honest. As for the others it has been problem after problem. As of July 26, 2022 it is now over a year and I'm still waiting on my vinyl skirting. I am beyond frustrated.

I went to Freedom homes today, and I was not impressed with the service. I walked inside and the lady told us to have a seat on the room and shell be right there. We told her that we werent interested in buying today, but wanted to look at some homes because we will be looking to buy in the next few months once our house is up for sale. While the lady was nice, she literally just gave us a paper with the trailers on the lot and a set of keys so we could open up the trailers ourselves. The paper was not up to date with how the lot was set up. There was not pricing on it, and half the trailers in our price range didnt have the physical numbers on it to compare to the paper. If we had any questions while in the trailers, there was no one there for me to ask right then. I just wasnt impressed with the service compared to what I just experienced at Clayton Homes. They were amazing!

Well I would advise anyone who deals with this company to stop the process. This company made my life very unstable. I gave them the money, lands kept passing me by because they wasn't on my side. Than they lied and said this rude lady was the only realtor. She almost had me paying 14,000 extra. I GUESS NOT Girl bye. Than my realtor and my sales girl didn't reach out or communicate with me at all. I was searching for my own dam land. They did gave me my money back on time but why lied and say the appraisal didn't charge that much. I lost out of 2,000 bruh, I have kids. Than they kept dodging me. The last realtor I had was amazing Ms.Vanessa She is the best. But anyways search around before before you make the worst mistake in life. I felt played because I was a first time home buyer and my sales girl and first realtor took advantage of that. They wanted money after money. Than last minute closing and cost, they said I needed more money. I GUESS NOT GIRL BYE. The trailors are beautiful but don't waste your time. Don't waste your time reading the good comments because it's all a lie.I gave them my money in March and still no progress. They tried to put me and kids anywhere. The first realtor just send me papers and good thing I read everything because they was trying to put the trailor by a graveyard. Are u serious, I told them I was a widow If you trying to buy a house, reach out to Ms. Vanessa, she will get the work done the right way . NEVER AGAIN

Joshua Sapp really outdid himself, He came right in and said what he was gone do and he did exactly what he promised, We now have our dream home because of Joshua Sapp and his team, waiting on delivery and set up
