Waffle House

Slowest Waffle House Ive ever been in and apathy is what they excel at. They just dont care and they werent busy. My waitress was not friendly either. My food was almost cold but I was ready to leave so I ate and paid so I could leave. Another older man came in and just wanted coffee and it took about 15 minutes for him to get that. Theres a McDonalds across the street and I recommend everyone go there instead of this joke of a restaurant

Poor service. Such a shame because Ive been to Waffle Houses all along the Southeast and theyre always fast, good service, and good food. This particular location has bad service and slow food prep. Cant ever get an order right the first time. Takes forever to make your order how you asked. Visited almost a dozen times both take out and dine in. Each time I wanted to believe the previous visits were a fluke but the service is reliably poor every time. Take out service is among the worst of any restaurant Ive ever been to. I eat out almost every meal and have many restaurants on my rotation. Let that statement sink in. THE. WORST. They dont monitor the take out tickets from the register so several times I showed up 25 minutes after placing an online order and they didnt even notice the order ticket printed out. Defeats the purpose of a to go order SMH. Contacted Waffle House about multiple bad experiences with receipt photos and they havent reached out to me. Waffle House doesnt care about the service you get. There are better local restaurants where the owners are actually onsite when the restaurant is open and care about the service the customers receive. Cost about the same as Waffle House too. My advice is to support a real local business and not a corporate one like Waffle House. Corporations care about the bottom line not about your experience and whether youll come back again. If youre dead set on eating at Waffle House, cross this location off your list and just go a few exits down.
