        Never have delivery drivers. The whole point of JJs is it's fast delivery. The worst is that they let you place an order for delivery but then call you saying you have to come pick it up. If I had time to pick it up I would have gone to Jersey Mike's.

        I placed a delivery order at around 7:45pm. The food was never delivered and I never received any contact from the store. After reading one of the most recent reviews, it appears this is a common occurrence. I really like these sandwiches and always look for a Jimmy Johns every time I travel for work. I was looking forward to having dinner this evening. Now I have to call in there tomorrow to get my money back. Im really disappointed.
