I went to this place on a Thursday morning to register my vehicle. Everything was going well until the lady said, "Oh God, I forgot to order the plates." She came to me and gave me two options. The first option was to go to another place to get everything done or wait until the plates arrived. I answered her and said that I could wait since I was doing the process with her, so she proceeded with the registration of the vehicle, and only the plate was missing. I waited until Friday to check the status of the license plate, but when I arrived, "she told me that it had not arrived yet," so I left and waited until Monday. I called first before going to make sure I didn't go in vain like I did on Friday. The lady answered the phone and asked me what the call was for. I told her it was to confirm if the plates had already arrived. She answered, saying "yes," so I went to the place to get my plate. Moreover, when I got to the place, the lady who answered my phone call at the beginning was nice to me at first, then when I met in person again, she was a totally different person.Monday she approached me with a very bad attitude asked me " who I was and what I wanted".I was very confused because I spoke to her in person about getting my license plate on Monday last Friday. After that, she stated that I don't know if you have insurance.I told her ok, here's my information. Then she started asking me if" I was the person who never had all his documents in order." I told her that I didn't know what she was talking about, and that couldn't be me because I always have my stuff organized.She gave me my license plate, and I left that place, I will never go back there again.
