Ive been calling for weeks and messages for them to call inquiring about renting a unit and they never answer the phone nor called back. Just if I was a tenant, I know I would have to physical go to the office if I had a maintenance problem or needed to talk to the manager. Management and customer service is horrible.

I love this place to the fullest, its pure peace and quiet. If you want an apartment where the office staff is reasonable, reassuring, and respectful then you should lease here. The maintenance men does their job and doesnt bother you. The pool area is lovely I should say, Im not gonna lie Im used to deeper pools so I got a little bum bump on my hand BUT thats okay. The apartments are also spacious as hell I have 2 walk-in closets in mine. Like? My 1 bedroom is basically a 1 1/2 bedroom. I can argue my closet can compete with an Upscale apartment in New York City. You really can fit a Bed, Dresser, TV, Washer and Dryer in there. I also want to thank my leasing agent Mrs. Tuminello for selling me my home. These apartments nice as hell yall better come get em while they hot

Theyll likely pay to have this removed. Moved here when it was Lakeside oaks, lovely Management. No one forewarned any of us about the sell out to City Heights last year. 1st. Buildings are terrible. The insulation is trash. I could hear the upstairs neighbors get in and out of bed, turn on their sinks, walk from one end to the next and they didnt even stomp they were just existing!! 2. The new management is trash. Rates sky rocketed! There is now a fee for every LITTLE thing and I promise if you rent here you WILL be blindsided with a cost. 3. Front desk is laughable. Fast food employee equivalent. 4. We went from paying 1200 for a 2 bed to 1600!! Within a month of new ownership. The maintenance is sketchy and rude as hell. The gym is nothing but cardio equipment and a terrible leg press machine so if youre into paying extra for an eighth of a gym, go ahead. Barely any amenities worth the cost. The pool is OVERFLOWING with people in the summer and I cant imagine its regulated at all, I would catch myself wondering if someone has nearly drowned and no one noticed full. They dont do nearly the amount of events Lakeside organized for the community. Maintenance changed filters every month or two and with new ownership they never did maintenance again. We eventually shoved our own filters in months later. Since we left, I hear theyve thrown new trash costs in as well.. if anyone wanted that theyd buy or rent a house which is exactly what we did for less! These people will rip you off in a heart beat. Theyre sadly taking over so many nice complexes. 5. Theyre renovating!!!!! Last I checked theyve barely made any change in a year and guess what?! Theyre painting things Millenial Gray and changing the vinyl flooring for a more gray toned vinyl and the faucets will have a spray! Buckle up for a 200$ addition in rates folks LOL. Side note- School traffic in the morning? Horrible! Also, the road its located on gets wrecks every. single. day. Do yourself a favor and run.
