        Decide to order online for lobby pickup. Arrive at promised pickup time to find lobby door locked. After waiting in long drive through line when arrived at the service window I was told by the unprofessionally dressed associate that by order was not ready. I was informed that I must pull away from the service area to receive my food which was promised at a designated prior time. Needless to say I didnt receive a meal or would never recommend online ordering or this location to anyone!

        Why in the living h e l l do you make people drive up then back up past the pole. So you can cheat your own standards to serve customers.? If so you are cheating yourselves. BK needs to get with the times. How about making the food correctly with friendly service. People will return.
