This company changes parts that don’t need to be replaced and purposely disabled unit to make homeowners believe there unit needs to be replaced.

This company screwed up my disabled mothers air conditioning unit. Now we have to pay another company to fix their screw ups and sloppy work. They even removed the attic stairs and never replaced them. They did not safely or properly install a circuit box full of electrical wiring. They were quick to take my mothers money, but never returned phone calls after they were paid and didn’t finish the job. I wish I could post the pictures of the work that they did on this site.

UPDATE: They never responded to our last call of water leaking through our ceiling light onto our wood floors. Had to call another company to repair and pay for what should have been handled by this company. Extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism and concern for our property and their work. Had them replace two of our AC units. Since replacing, we have now had 3 emergencies with leaks from the AC damaging our property in several rooms. They have not responded in a timely manner when we started having problems. Two of the 3 emergency calls took them several days to respond when water was leaking through electrical and damaging our ceiling and floors. The final emergency call was completely ignored which is not acceptable. I regret not doing my due diligence in reading reviews and researching before trusting this father/son duo with just under 10 grand of work. You should never run a business this way and I would have rather given our hard earned money to someone else who treats people right when something goes wrong. Lesson learned. Please think twice before giving these crooks your business.
