On 11/14/2022, I called and spoke with Nicole, a very pleasant and professional lady and explained that my elderly mother had a clogged pipe in her home and another pipe that was leaking. She promised that her repairmen would trouble shoot the problems either that day or the following morning. First thing on 11/15/2022, two very competent and professional plumbers arrived and fixed the problems. They were polite and trustworthy. I highly recommend Ken's. They painted my house

I stood there and listened to this man lie to my wife who pleaded with him to help her 90+ year old mawmaw in Eunice who had been without hot water for days after a pipe burst. Not only did he not call and show up Monday morning like he said he would, he never called or showed up nor returned any phone calls from my wife wanting to know why. That poor old woman sat there all day expecting him and is still waiting for a plumber. It won't be him.
