I went in to pick up birthday flowers, and both the ladies were working on something. The one lady stopped what she was doing to make my arrangement very nice of them, and I definitely would buy from them again. Thanks to the two ladys

I was very disappointed in Sonniers. My flowers were delivered in such a rude way. The lady that came to my door knocked constantly and louder than the police I asked my daughter to go check and see who was knocking like that and my daughter said I dont know who it is but they look mad and once I opened the door she just shoved the flowers in my hands and walked away looking infuriated. The flowers had brown edges and were wilted in some areas also it looked very just thrown together and had only one side of flowers.Today was my 10 year anniversary and this is how Sonniers was represented. Then I messaged Anne and she pretty much responded with no apology or even acknowledged bad service then she blocked me on Facebook so I couldnt review her. Then I later found out that what they sent was not even what my husband ordered. My husband has been getting flowers with them for years and how sad that this is how a regular customer is treated. Please do NOT trust these people with your important days. They do not care.
