This is the worst company Ive ever used. Reconnect cannot be paid online. Then you have to go there to pay the fee but u cant drop it in the night drop. And if you do you have to come get the receipt for them to reconnect it?!?? WTH is that bull?! And if I dont want the receipt?!?? Lets just make this the almost impossible for our customers horrrible customer service!

They make paying your bill close to impossible. Often times the online bill pay is down If you pay at the location it's cash only and you have to have exact amount, they won't give you change.

Ridiculously outdated system, worst company I've ever been forced to use. Will turn off your water any chance they get.

Online billing has a % 'processing' fee? Can't pay reconnect cost the same way I pay my bill. Cash only, which means it's being pocketed.

Trash company that we're forced to use. Had my bill setup through my bank. The water company switched addresses and the bank didn't know, so the payments got rejected over 2 months ago. We got no notification that they were getting rejected due to address change and they shut off our water WITHOUT notifying us. Now we have the late penalties and the $50 reconnect fee. They are FINALLY able to do a proper online pay, like the rest of the world. When I asked why I wasn't notified the man in the back responded with, "We have over 5,000 customers." Sir, Google has hundreds of millions of customers and they notify me for EVERYTHING. What a terrible excuse. This company is horribly disorganized. Their mess is causing unnecessary fees (which I'm sure they LOVE.)
