Jason was amazing to work with! He was honest when touring homes, and answering honestly when things could become potential problems. Also, he was flexible meeting us after work for visits and answering ALL of our many questions about the home buying process, since we were first time home buyers. Jason was vital resource for us during our move from Atlanta to New Orleans. Since we were out of state, he had to go the extra mile and video call us for any showings or houses we were interested in and he always went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive and made our first time buying experience a relative breeze. Thanks to Jason, we we were able to put in an offer the day our dream house came on the market, quickly get under contract and close under the apprised value quite a feat in this market. We used Jason to show us around the Lakeview, midcity and Gentilly areas but he's helped several other buyer on the north shore, river parishes and more.
