        Edit: BPB reached out after my review and helped fix the issue at no additional cost. The state did finally get our return to us with some additional documentation. My only wish is that we were asked to provide this info upfront since it was shared that this is a common issue. Overall, Im pleased with BPB response though. Maybe not a great choice for a military family. We choose to use an accountant this past tax season because of some 1099 income and different states of residence. BPB filed Louisiana taxes, and it seemed off to me but it was brushed off as fine. But low and behold, earlier this month we got a tax bill from the state with a penalty. I wanted to go with anccount so that is was correct and stress free.
