        Great job on installing tankless gas heater. I called Thursday morning, he came by and gave estimate that afternoon. He removed both gas tank heaters and installed new tankless Saturday. He even fixed a gas leak in the attic. Great communication throughout the whole process. Thanks!

        My water heater unexpectedly stopped heating the water. We also noticed water in the pan. I called and despite the area just having a freeze then flooded areas, they were able to come the next day to assess everything. I needed my water heater replaced- I am not sure if they typically work weekends or not but Spencer purchased the replacement so I wouldn't have to wait an extra week. They came the next morning on a Saturday and very quickly had it replaced. Very friendly people, made everything easy.
