Fruge Orthodontics - Denham Springs

Very expensive, and pushy admin staff (sending a letter/texts for 1 month's payment, even if I always pay at my next scheduled appt). Also, I only see Dr. Fruge for 4minutes and just talk to an assistant or admin staff the other times. When I was in Chicago, I interacted directly with the orthodontist the entire visits 90% of the appt's time. Perhaps if they had less admin staff /assistants then they wouldn't charge so much. edit: Initial response to the "owner" reply. The person who replied is in charge of PR/marketing, and not Dr. Fruge. I stated that there's too much admin staff during each appointment. There's multiple receptionists, dental assistants, misc other staff and only 3 orthodontists. There's 6 chairs for patients and 1-3 dental assistants at each chair, and you only actually see Dr. Fruge for 4 minutes as I complained about before. In Chicago, I interacted with my orthodontist personally each visit, and he only had 3 patient chairs and 1 assistant and one receptionist. He only was charging me $4500. Dr. Fruge is charging me low $6k which I find exorbitant. I wish I could've stayed in Chicago to complete my treatment. I get a letter each month, and a text saying a payment is due. Also a call sometimes, even though I always pay at my next scheduled appointment. The pestering, and impersonal treatment is why I gave my negative review. My front tooth is still crooked even after 6-7 months of treatment too. When in Chicago, I noticed significant changes within the 9 months of treatment I had.

We love Dr Jim and the team at FRUGE! Weve just had our third get their braces off and have beautiful results and I cant wait to see the results of our younger ones sets. Thank you Dr Jim!

I have been a dental hygienist for 17 years. Dr. Bradley placed braces on myself as an adult and my husband. My son just got his braces off as well. Dr. Bradley has been amazing and will make certain you leave with the perfect smile. His staff is amazing... Becky is hands down the sweetest and so helpful.... she will do anything to help make the process smooth. Alyssa assisted in removing my sons braces and placing his permanent retainers. I have seen alot of retainers and she is by far the best. She took her time and made sure it was placed in the perfect position .... making it super easy for any hygienist and the patient to clean in the area. I also always hear the assistants giving oral hygiene instructions to all of their ortho patients which is very important to me as a dental hygienist. I highly recommend Dr Fruge and his staff!

Terrible experience. Went there for a year for one tooth issue. After at least 8 visits and numerous trays I now have 4 teeth that are misaligned. Stay away. Not customer service oriented. Does not listen to the customer.
