I don't usually leave reviews, but this deserves one. Working with Ms. Nicole Smith was beyond my expectations. She was hard working, dedicated, responsive, and genuinely invested in the process. She answered all my questions, or found the answers needed, and reassured me many times throughout my home buying journey. I would 10/10 recommend working with her, and will definitely do so in the future.

Nicole is an amazing realtor with a servants heart! She exceeded our expectations from the first day until the last and handled an overwhelming number of curve balls like a pro! She is a genius at problem solving and never wavers in her commitment to excellence. Theres no doubt that our house sold because of Nicole! To go a little deeper: Our family has owned realty, construction, and development companies for decades, and my husband and I have personally built and sold many houses. When we had to sell our Baton Rouge home after already moving out of town, we couldnt be hands on like were used to. It didnt matter one bit with Nicole at the helm! She took care of us, our home, and the sale like we were family! The impact she made on our lives and the weight she took off our shoulders is priceless.
