The most disappointed I have ever been in a restaurant. I used to have a 5 star from 2 tears ago. I just changed it to this one. New entitled server in the bar harassed me and acted like he owned the place. The same event that happened two weeks before but I figured I would give him another chance when I saw him this time to see if he acted differently because everyone can have a bad day. Also, I have been a frequent patron of this place since it opened and usually frequent at least three times a week. When I have to speak to the manager he came up and told me the know it all employee was correct. When I told him what happened he told me I was not harassed. Before these two run ends with Mr know-it-all I never experienced any sort of bad service at this restaurant. With employees like him, I can assure you they won't be busy for long. I then told the manager and no certain terms that this was my last visit to the establishment. I took my son and we went to walk-ons. From this point forward if I stop at juban Crossing it will either be at Walk-On's or Texas roadhouse. And I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. Vegetarian options: Terrible service Dietary restrictions: New bartender is rude, self-absorbed, and entitled.
