Finally got my dream bed!

Ive had nothing short of an awesome experience working with the folks out of the Denham Springs Sleep Number store, very patient and informative with all my questions before I made the choice to get one of these amazing beds, Stephan has been fantastic every step of the way and treats us like individuals and calls in to check in every now and again to help us out, really makes us feel special!

The sales person was very nice and helpful. He helped me with my purchase and reviewed my sleep number for me. Very satisfied with my purchase. I had a sleep number king bed in the past and was missing it so I had to bite the bullet and buy another one. I missed my good night sleeps

VISITED THE STORE ON 5/8/22. AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF NOT BEING GREETED AND NO SIGN OF ANY EMPLOYEES, I WALKED TO REAR OF THE SALES FLOOR TO FIND THE EMPLOYEE SLEEPING ON ONE OF THE BEDS. MY WIFE SUGGESTED THAT WE WAKE HIM FOR ASSISTANCE. I DISAGREED AND PROMPTLY WALKED OUT. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL EXPLORE OTHER BRANDS TO FIT OUR NEEDS. UPDATE - WE VISITED ANOTHER LOCATION RECENTLY AND THE SERVICE WAS SPECTACULAR. RYAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND ASSISTED US IN SELECTING THE RIGHT BED FOR US. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ASK FOR RYAN JACOB AT THE BLUEBONNET LOCATION.

As soon as I walked in, they greeted me and told me to have a look around and let them know if I had questions. The sales team was very knowledgeable and patient while I asked all kinds of questions. I'm pretty picky but Chris made sure that I got a great price for what I wanted. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who doesn't know what kind of bed they want when they go in. They don't pressure you or rush you. Very nice.
