        So I've been here when it was freshly renovated and everything from sheets, towels etc were nice. Now the TV acts like it has no reception, the comforter is definitely not washed after every guest. The shower curtain is too short and let's way too much air in and for the love of God please change the shower heads! The employees are super friendly and it is clean and smells fresh. Beds are comfy with soft pillows even though I always bring my own. Just a few tweaks would be nice. Very affordable and safe compared to the other hotels around

        SCAMMERS THEY ARE SCAMMERS and RACIST !!!!! CHARGED ME 150 for smoking in a room that I didnt smoke in because I WAS FROM OUT OF TOWN AND I AM BLACK DO NOT GET A HOTEL HERE THE MANAGER CHARLOTTE LONG IS STEALING HARD EARNED MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND THE FRONT DESK JULIA IS IN ON IT AS WELL !!!!! Will be calling the news and police as well !!!!

        I stayed here last night and the girl working the front desk was so friendly & nice ! My room was also very comfy and cozy and felt safe . The bed was soo comfortable too! Rooms: Clean , cozy and comfortable beds! Safety: I felt very safe here . Well lit quiet parking lot

        I checked in around 11 p.m on Saturday Night the lady that reserved my room was very helpful/ Nice she even tried to help with me getting a late checkout because I work overnight & got off at 7 a.m. around. Upon Arrival I turned back the sheets to get in bed strings of hair was left under the pillow..I turn back the sheets more hair..at this point I'm disgusted. I travel with my own blankets so at that point I covered the bed with 1 and covered up with my other. Open the Fridge to put my waters in there is hair in the fridge on the door as well as on the racks so i put my things in the freezer. The next morning I get off work .. as I'm walking to get into the shower someone from staff walks in my room around 9 a.m. Why she Didn't know the room was occupied I'm not sure ..she said sorry & Walked out..Very Unacceptable! Wont Visit Again.

        After a long drive in, we were greeted by Juliette. She has a contagious smile and incredible personality even late at night when we checked in. Most hotel employees would be annoyed working the late shift but not her, she kept the conversation going and even shared some laughs. She made the stay worth it! We will definitely be back to stay because of her and contagious smile and personality! Thank you Juliette for making our stay enjoyable! Rooms: Very clean! Nearby activities: Movies and shopping Safety: Good area Walkability: Restaurants Noteworthy details: The night shift clerk, Juliette made small talk and make this trip more personal and even shared some laughs!

      First off let me apologize for the service you received and thank you for choosing to stay with us . We are very disappointed in the condition of your bed comforters please rest assure we do wash after every guest unfortunately we are training new staff and some things are being missed but that is no excuse , we really wish you would of told front desk as soon as you noticed the stains we would have been more than happy to take care of you and made sure that you were comfortable , please don't hold that against us. as for the shower heads yes ma'am we are currently fixing to do more renovations and its going to be a complete uphaul of the restrooms, i really hope you get to experience that after its done. We take great pride in our customer service and cleanliness of the property, and we will make sure there will be none of these issues in the future, thank you again have a blessed weekend.

      Unfortunately this is a non smoking hotel , this is explained at check in , and the document you sign stating that you understand if you smoke in the room you will be charged , and I'm going to keep it professional and not even respond to all your other false accusations.
