I love this location . Ive shopped there for 7 years. I know it sounds silly but they recently locked almost all of their skincare into one tiny glass case. Not only can you not see everything in the case, its impossible to figure out the price. It is such a hassle, you have to find an employee that has a key, they have to open the case, you cant touch anything so they get easily annoyed bc they are digging through everything and then when you do pick something, they have to take it to be held at checkout. Tj maxx has always been a resource to get high end skincare at a reasonable price. Now it is a hassle and isnt worth it. I understand if theft is a problem, get more than 1 locked case. It is packed full and its impossible to see whats even inside. I love to browse skincare. Its impossibly frustrating now.

Ran into TJ Maxx to pick up a quick birthday present for my boss. I was promptly asked if I needed assistance. The interaction I had with the salesperson was quite pleasant. He went for and above to make sure I picked the perfect gift. My experience with Stephen C was a delight. He is one of a kind !
